2008 vintage Golberg Graševina of Belje Wine Cellars has won the highest award – champion in the white wines category at the 15th International wine and spirits competition which was part of the GAST fair Split 2010.
The GAST 2010 fair, opening today in Žnjan, Split, apart from other fair events, also organizes the biggest Croatian wine and spirits competition with internationally recognized judges, who have evaluated 411 samples entered into the competition this year.
Goldberg Graševina is a gold selection including regular and selected harvests of Graševina from a special location called Goldberg at the Banovo brdo site in Baranja. This is the most exclusive wine of Belje Wine Cellars assortment, which is captivating in its elegance and a harmonious and delicate flavour.
In recent years this Graševina has won numerous gold medals in domestic and international wine competitions, and the exceptional quality of 2008 vintage Goldberg Graševina has been further confirmed by this latest champion title.
